Dropbox and Google Drive let you "Import listing photos, floor plans, videos, and files" into RE Media Hub.

## Connect

1. Open **Settings → Integrations → Cloud Storage** and choose **Dropbox** or **Google Drive**.
2. Select **Enable**, then **Connect**, and sign in to the account that holds your media.

Dropbox shows business and team shared folders as well as your own.

You can review which apps have access to your Dropbox in Dropbox's settings ([Dropbox Help: Third-Party Apps](https://help.dropbox.com/integrations/third-party-apps)). On a Dropbox team, an administrator may control which integrations members can use ([Dropbox Help: App Integrations for Teams](https://help.dropbox.com/integrations/app-integrations)).

## Import into a Listing

1. Open the listing, go to a media section, and select **Add**.
2. Choose **Import from Dropbox** or **Sync Google Drive**.
3. Browse folders (**Root**, **Refresh**), select files, and import. "Select files to copy into this listing's media library."

Files are copied into RE Media Hub. Later changes in your cloud folder do not change the copies.

## Troubleshooting

- **A folder is missing.** Confirm the connected account can open it, then **Refresh**.
- **The import stalls on large videos.** Import fewer files at a time.
