Open **Products → Coupons**: "Create and manage percentage-based or flat-rate coupons assigned to orders."

## Create a Coupon

1. Select **+ New Coupon**.
2. Enter a **Name** and a **Code**, or select **Random Code**.
3. Choose **Discount Type**: **percent** or **fixed amount ($)**, and the **Discount Value**.
4. Optionally set a **Usage Limit**.
5. **Product Limits (Optional)**: pick the products or packages that qualify. Leave all unchecked to allow any product or package.
6. **Apply Discount to Fees (Optional)**: choose whether the coupon also discounts the **Service Area Fee** and **Travel Fees**.
7. Set **Status** and save.

The **Coupon Library** shows each coupon's **Name**, **Amount Off**, **Times Redeemed**, and **Promotion Codes**.

## Ways to Use Coupons

- Customers enter the code on an order form.
- Your team applies it with **Add Discount** on an order.
- Attach it to a customer team so it applies automatically to that team's orders.
- Attach it to a pricing plan.

## Create Button Labels

**+ Create New Coupon** opens the new-coupon editor. A compact header may show **+ New Coupon** for the same action. Saving a coupon makes it available according to its status, product limits, and usage rules; it does not automatically apply it to every order.
