FAA TFR Notifications "Alert admins and assigned photographers when FAA TFRs overlap scheduled US shoots." It uses FAA public data and is available only when your company country is United States.

## Set Up

1. Open **Settings → Integrations → Operations → FAA TFR Notifications** and select **Enable**.
2. Under **Alert Coverage**, choose the area source:
   - **Created service areas**: check TFRs against your workspace service areas. **Open Service Areas** to review them.
   - **Radius around a location**: save one or more named **Alert Areas**. Use **Add Area**, search a city, address, venue, or ZIP, or **Use Location**, then **Set Center** and a radius. The default radius is 25 nautical miles.
3. Select **Save Alert Coverage**.

## Who Gets Alerts

- Admins receive email and SMS alerts.
- Assigned photographers receive email and SMS alerts for their assigned appointments.

Upcoming shoots are checked using the listing location and appointment time.

## Important

Alerts are informational. Always confirm current airspace restrictions with official FAA sources before flying. RE Media Hub does not authorize flights.
