Open an order and go to **Order Items & Payments**.

## Add and Edit Items

- **Add Product Item**: choose a product, package, or add-on from your catalog. Pick a tier or variant when offered, and set the quantity.
- **Add Custom Item**: a one-off line with name, price, payout, quantity, and duration.
- **Edit an item**: change price, payout, duration, quantity, square footage tier, or variant, and set an item-level discount (**Percentage (%)** or fixed amount). Item discounts apply only to that item's full quantity.
- **Remove**: removed items move to **Deleted Items**, where you can restore or permanently delete them until you save.

## Discounts and Coupons

Select **Add Discount** to open **Add Discount or Coupon**:

- **Select Coupon** to apply a saved coupon. Coupons limited to other products are hidden.
- Or enter a **Discount Name (Optional)**, **Discount Type**, and value for a one-time discount.
- **Create New Coupon** opens the coupon editor without leaving the order.

Select **Apply Discount**. **Remove Discount** clears it.

## Break Down a Package

On a package line, open **Break Down Package** to change how each included item is handled:

- **Keep in original package**
- **Schedule for another appointment**
- **Separate without scheduling**
- **Remove from order**

Select **Apply Breakdown**. **Restore** and **Restore All** undo changes.

## Travel and Location Fees

Travel fees normally apply automatically from your travel fee rules. To adjust one, open **Calculate Location Fee**: choose **Calculate Travel From** (the origin), set **Trips**, and apply. When a service area fee and a travel fee both match an address, your workspace rule decides: **Use Higher Fee (Recommended)**, **Use Service Area Fee**, **Use Travel Fee**, or **Add Both Fees**. ## Taxes

Active tax rates apply automatically to new orders. The total shows **Tax** with the rate name. See [Configure Tax Rates](https://help.remediahub.com/hc/help-center/articles/configure-tax-rates).

## Late Cancellation Fee

When a late-cancellation fee applies, **Late Cancel Fee** lets you choose the **Fee Action** and confirm. The fee is added as a separate, removable order line.

## Reading the Totals

The summary shows **Subtotal**, order discount, **Tax**, **Tip**, **Total**, **Paid**, any processing fee, and the **Deposit** with **Due** and **Paid** amounts. If a customer overpaid, **Refund/Credit Due** appears with **Review Refund**.

## Finishing Item and Discount Changes

Select **Save Item** in the item editor to apply the edited line. Check quantity, price, payout, duration, and the revised order total before leaving. In the discount dialog, **Percent (%)** makes the value a percentage rather than a currency amount. **Add Coupon** opens the saved-coupon path; choose an eligible coupon rather than entering its percentage as a fixed amount.

When package items are moved to a separate date, **New Appointment for Rescheduled Services** collects the new appointment date, hour, minute, AM/PM, and team member. Complete those choices before **Apply Breakdown**, then review both the original and new appointments.
