**Referrals** is RE Media Hub's photographer referral program. Open **Settings → Referrals**. "Invite other photographers. When they sign up and pay, both of you earn +10 bonus listings. On Pay To Go, that covers the next 10 delivered listings for free."

This program is for referring other businesses to RE Media Hub. To reward your own customers, use the [Loyalty Program](https://help.remediahub.com/hc/help-center/articles/configure-loyalty-program).

## Create a Referral Code

Creating and editing codes requires **Manage Financial**. Other financial roles can view performance only.

1. Under **Create Referral Code**, enter a name and a code, or select **Random**.
2. Select **Create Code**.

There is a limit on how many codes can be active or paused at once. The page shows the current limit.

## Share a Code

Use **Copy Code** or **Copy Link**. Pause or reactivate a code with its status control, or **Delete** it.

## Track Results

- Totals: **Total Codes (All Time)**, **Total Referrals (All Time)**, **Rewarded Referrals (All Time)**, and **Total Listings Earned (All Time)**.
- **Referral Codes**: each code's **Status**, **Total Referees**, and **Rewards Granted**.
- **Referred Photographers**: the **Code Used**, **Photographer**, when the reward was **Awarded**, the **Cycle Ends** date, and the **Bonus**.

## How Rewards Apply

Annual plans: rewards apply to the current annual cycle and do not carry forward. Pay To Go: referral rewards cover your next delivered listings at no charge.
