**Marketing Materials (Beta)** lets you create print and social pieces using a listing's photos and details. You need the **Listing Media** permission to create materials.

## Create a Material

1. Open the listing's **Details** and find **Marketing Materials (Beta)**.
2. Select **+ Create** (or **Create Marketing Material** on a listing with none). "Choose a design and make it yours."
3. Choose a design. Design types include **Flyers**, **Brochures**, **Booklets**, **Postcards**, and **Stories**.
4. Edit the design.

Formats include Letter Flyer, 4 Page Brochure, 8 Page Booklet, Social Square, Social Portrait, Story Vertical, Social Landscape, Email Banner, Email Feature, Print Letter, Print Landscape, and Print Postcard. Available designs can vary while this feature is in beta.

## Edit in the Studio

The studio lets you:

- Choose which details appear: **Price**, **Beds & Baths**, **Description**, **Customer Card**, and **Second Customer**.
- Add items: **Heading**, **Text**, **Shape**, and photos. Select a photo on the canvas to change it.
- Adjust **Color**, **Opacity**, and **Size**, and move layers **Forward** or back.
- Use **Undo**, **Redo**, **Reset Layout**, and **Save & Close**.

## Manage Materials

Each material shows its status (**Draft**, **Ready**, **Published**, or **Archived**) and last update. Use **Edit**, **Duplicate**, **Export** to download, or **Delete**.

## Good Practices

- Finish listing details and photo order first; materials pull from them.
- Review every exported piece before printing or posting.
