Open **Settings → Property Websites**. Workspace admins with **Manage Settings** can change defaults. Others see "Property website defaults are managed by workspace admins."

## Website Settings

| Setting | What It Does |
| --- | --- |
| **Default Theme** | The template new property websites start with. |
| **Default Publish Status** | **Published**, **Draft**, or **Archived** for new websites. |
| **Use Video Hero** | New websites use the first uploaded video as the hero when available. |
| **Show MLS Service Mark** | Applies to branded property websites with an MLS ID. |

Select **Save Changes**. Defaults apply to websites created afterward. Existing websites keep their own settings.

## Template Preview

Preview templates as **Branded** or **Unbranded**, in **Light** or **Dark** mode.

## Performance

The **Performance** overview summarizes property website activity across listings.
