Open **Order Forms** (or **Order Forms → All Order Forms**). You need **Manage Settings**. "Build separate booking flows for residential, short-term rental, commercial, and more. Customers can start from one main page, then choose the right form."

Summary cards show **Total Forms**, **Public Forms**, **Active Forms**, and **Total Intake Fields**.

## Create a Form

Select **+ New Order Form**.

### Basics

- **Name** and **Slug**: the form's title and web address.
- **Visibility**: **public** or **private**. Private hides the form from the main order page, but anyone with the direct link can still view and submit it.
- **Status**: **active** or **inactive**.
- A thumbnail image for the main order page.

### Settings

- **Products first**: start realtors on services so they can browse products before entering a property address.
- **Agent information first**: capture the realtor's name, email, phone, and notes before property or service selection.

When both are on, agent information comes first, then products, then the property address.

### Customer Access

**Customer Portal Access** decides which signed-in customers see this form in their portal:

- **Public**: shown by default, except to hidden teams or customers.
- **Specific Customers or Teams**: shown only to assigned teams or customers.
- **Hide from portal accounts**: these teams or customers never see this form, even when it is public or assigned.

When a signed-in customer has one or more assigned forms, their portal order page shows only those forms.

### Payment & Deposit

- **Payment Methods**: choose which methods this form offers. **Stripe** and **Square** are available once they are enabled and connected in Integrations. **Manual** is always available. **Titus Pay at Close** appears in the list but is listed as **Coming Soon** in Integrations, so it cannot be enabled yet.
- **Allow appointment submission without payment**: customers can choose **Submit Without Payment**. Downloads can still stay locked until the balance is paid.
- **Show checkout notes**: payment instructions on the final step, such as ACH, Zelle, or wire guidance. **Note Title** allows up to 80 characters and **Note Body** up to 1,600.
- **Use custom deposit percentage**: override the workspace deposit percentage for this form with **Deposit Percentage** (1–100).

### Order Form Categories

Choose every category this form shows. The first selected category orders the form on the main order page. Use the arrows or drag to reorder.

### Display & Layout

- **Ask for sqft**: require interior square footage before customers see services.
- **Show Package Savings**: show the regular individual-service total under package prices.
- **Products Layout**: **List** (full-width rows) or **Gallery** (three cards per row).
- **Services Tab Order**: set the **1st Tab**, **2nd Tab**, and **3rd Tab** for products, packages, and add-ons.

### Colors and Branding

- **Order Form Colors** with a **Live Preview**. **Copy Colors From** reuses another saved form's palette. **Reset** restores defaults.
- **Branding**: workspace, brokerage, team, or custom order form branding, including a logo and **Logo Size**. See [Branding Sources Explained](https://help.remediahub.com/hc/help-center/articles/branding-sources-explained).
- **Iframe Background**: the solid background behind this form when it is embedded on another site.

Select **Save Changes**. Use **Duplicate** to copy a form.

## Share a Form
