Roomio lets you "Import Roomio floor plans automatically when orders are completed or edited." Open **Settings → Integrations → Roomio**.

## Connect

1. Create an API key in Roomio Developers ([Roomio API Keys](https://app.roomio.io/developers/api_keys); requires a Roomio account sign-in).
2. Save the API key in RE Media Hub and select **Test Connection**.
3. In Roomio, create a webhook endpoint ([Roomio Webhooks](https://app.roomio.io/developers/webhooks)) using the **Endpoint URL** shown in RE Media Hub (use **Copy URL**).
4. Subscribe to the events listed: `floor_plan_order.completed`, `floor_plan.edited`, and `amendment.completed`.
5. Copy the webhook signing secret from Roomio (it begins with `whsec_`) into RE Media Hub and save.

Completed or edited floor plans sync into matching listings automatically. **Sync Recent Orders** pulls recent orders on demand.

## Import into a Listing

In the listing's floor plans section, select **Import Roomio** and choose the Roomio order. The linked order, or the closest address match, is selected automatically.
