Calendar connections live in **Settings → Integrations → Calendar Integrations**, also linked from **Availability → Calendar Sync**: "Sync availability with Google, Outlook, and Apple calendars and push appointments as events."

Team members with the **Assigned Appts** permission but no settings access see only calendar connections in Integrations, so photographers can connect their own calendars.

## Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar

Both use a sign-in-with-provider authorization ("Two-way sync between your calendar and appointment schedule").

1. Open the calendar integration and select **Connect**.
2. Sign in with the account you want to use and review the permissions requested.
   - Google: you can only sync calendars your Google account owns or has been given access to, and your organization's policies may limit sharing. You don't need to make a calendar public to connect it. See [Google Calendar Help: Share Your Calendar](https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37082?hl=en).
   - Outlook: the connection works within your own Microsoft account's permissions. Some organizations require an administrator to approve app access first. See [Microsoft Graph Permissions Overview](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/permissions-overview).
3. For Google Calendar, choose the **Target Calendar** (the calendar that receives synced booking events) and select **Save Target Calendar**.
4. Under **Booking Sync**, turn on **Include team members' bookings in my calendar** if this calendar should receive bookings assigned to other team members.
5. Optionally turn on **Show team member payout in calendar entries** to add the assigned member's payout to synced event details.
6. Select **Save Calendar Settings**.

## Apple Calendar

Apple Calendar connects with credentials instead of a sign-in button: "Sync appointments and busy time with Apple Calendar via CalDAV or ICS."

- **Writable sync**: enter `https://caldav.icloud.com/` as the **CalDAV Server or ICS Feed URL**, your Apple Account email as **Username**, and an app-specific password as **Password / App Password**. Don't use your main Apple Account password. Create an app-specific password in your Apple Account settings, following [Apple Support: Sign In to Apps with Your Apple Account Using App-Specific Passwords](https://support.apple.com/en-us/102654). If you change your main Apple Account password, Apple revokes existing app-specific passwords, and you'll need to enter a new one here.
- **Read-only**: an ICS feed URL only blocks busy time. It cannot receive appointments.

Save the credentials, then use **Test Connection**.

## Troubleshooting

- **"OAuth is not configured on this server yet."** The provider has not been enabled for your workspace by the platform. Contact support.
- **Events stop appearing.** Reconnect with the same account and confirm the permissions. Do not remove unrelated integrations while troubleshooting.

## Integration Shortcuts

**Open Integrations** and **Manage Integrations** take you to the connected-service settings, where you can review calendar connection status and account choice. Opening this page is separate from connecting, disconnecting, or authorizing a calendar. Follow the connection steps above only when you intend to change that connection.
