The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in. What you see depends on your role.

## Owners and Admins

- **Action Needed**: alerts that need attention. **Review All** opens the full list.
- **Booking Requests**: orders submitted as scheduling requests instead of confirmed appointments. **View Orders** opens them.
- **Abandoned Checkout**: recent order-form checkouts that were started but not finished, with their **Potential value**. Select **Review** to follow up.
- **Activity cards**: counts such as appointments scheduled for today, the Sunday-to-Saturday appointment count, payments, new client orders, and customer profiles added.
- **Create Listing** and **Create Order**: quick actions.
- **Calendar**: a month view with **Plan**, **New Booking**, and **Block Time Off**. Use **All**, **None**, or **Unassigned** under **Team Members** to filter by assignee.
- **Upcoming Appointments**, **Past Appointments**, and **Postponed Appointments** lists.
- **Recent Orders** with payment and fulfillment status.
- **Payroll**: a reminder appears when payroll is due, if payroll reminders are on.

Announcement cards describe new features. Use **Dismiss** to hide one.

## Photographers and Other Service Providers

The Dashboard focuses on your own work: assigned future appointments, today's schedule, past appointments marked fulfilled, and your assigned payout total. Prices and order totals stay hidden unless your role allows them.

## Accountants

The **Accounting Overview** shows finance-only metrics, payroll activity, and reporting.

## Subscription Setup

If your membership needs a payment method, an **Activate Your Subscription** card appears. Select **Activate Subscription** and complete the secure card form.
