Zapier lets you "Trigger automations and sync workflows with Zapier." Access is **Invitation only**.

## Join the Zapier App

Open **Settings → Integrations → Operations → Zapier**. Under **Join the Zapier App**, use **Accept Invite** to add RE Media Hub to your Zapier account. **Invite Accepted** confirms it.

## Create an API Key

1. Under **Workspace API Keys**, select **New API Key**.
2. Enter a **Key Name** you will recognize later.
3. Select **Create Key**.
4. **Copy Key** and paste it into Zapier. "When you close this window, the key becomes private and cannot be viewed again."

## Manage Keys

The list shows each key's **Name**, **Prefix**, and **Last Used**. **Revoke** stops new API access and disables active Zapier subscriptions created with that key.

## Security

Treat API keys like passwords. Don't share them by email or chat. Revoke keys you no longer use.

## The One-Time Key Window

**New Zapier API Key** asks for a **Key Name** so you can identify it later. After **Create Key**, **Copy This API Key** displays the full secret once. Copy it into your intended Zapier connection before closing that window; the full key cannot be viewed again afterward. Keep it private, and revoke it from Workspace API Keys when it is no longer needed.
