πŸš€ Getting Started

Start Here: Your First Workspace

RE Media Hub connects booking, scheduling, order management, listing media, and delivery. Start with your business settings, then configure the services and booking experience your customers will use. Before You Begin Sign in to your workspace. Use an account with permission to manage the settings you need. Available sections depend on your role and workspace configuration; an absent menu item does not necessarily indicate an error. Set Up in This Order 1. Review Account Settings and Workspace Settings. Check business identity, branding, business hours, and the policies your business intends to use. 2. Open Products to organize main services, add-ons, and packages. Review pricing, taxes, travel fees, and coupons where applicable. 3. Open Availability to review coverage, booking rules, and scheduling constraints. Coordinate team access and assignments in Team Management. 4. Configure Order Fields for the information your team needs at booking, then build and review an Order Form. 5. Review notification templates and the integrations you intend to use. A saved setting alone does not prove that an external provider is connected. 6. Review the published booking experience and delivery permissions before sharing links with customers. Your Daily Workflow Use Orders for the service request and its operational details. Use Calendar for scheduling, Listings for property media, and the appropriate delivery surface for the customer handoff. Dashboard provides an overview; it is not a substitute for checking the underlying record. If a setting is unavailable, ask your workspace owner to review your access. Contact support with the page and task you were trying to complete. Related Guides - Understand Team Roles and Access - Contact RE Media Hub Support

πŸ›’ Services and Booking Forms

Publish and Share an Order Form

Prepare branded booking forms for public links and embedded use. Where to Start Open Order Forms after signing in to your workspace. Your role and workspace configuration determine the options you can use. Recommended Workflow 1. Open Order Forms and select the form you want to configure. 2. Review its branding, available services, and intake fields alongside your booking rules. 3. Review the customer-facing form from the first step through the information and options it presents. 4. Use the form’s actual public link when sharing it. If embedding the form, check the embedded presentation on the destination website as well as the standalone form. If Something Does Not Look Right Different forms can have different saved settings. If a header, service, field, or step is unexpected, identify the exact form and whether the issue occurs on the standalone link or in an embed. Do not replace saved customizations as a troubleshooting shortcut. If you need assistance, use the Support page and include the page URL, expected result, and relevant record reference. Manage an Order from Intake to Delivery

Find and review order details, appointments, payment context, and communication. Where to Start Open Orders after signing in to your workspace. Your role and workspace configuration determine the options you can use. Recommended Workflow 1. Open Orders and locate the request you need to manage. Confirm the customer and property before making changes. 2. Review the ordered services and the details supplied with the request. Check access notes or custom intake answers before production. 3. Review the appointment and assigned team in the scheduling context. Confirm any change with the people affected before treating the new arrangement as final. 4. Use the order’s payment and communication context to understand outstanding work. Check listing media and the intended delivery surface before completing the handoff. If Something Does Not Look Right An order status, an appointment, and a payment record describe different parts of the workflow. Check the relevant record instead of assuming a status change performs all three actions. If you need assistance, use the Support page and include the page URL, expected result, and relevant record reference. Related Guides - Manage Customer Records - Contact RE Media Hub Support

πŸ–ΌοΈ Media and Delivery

Download Your Listing Files

Your media provider can deliver files through a listing download center or customer portal. Use the actual delivery link supplied for your listing; a workspace editing URL is not a customer download link. Find Your Files 1. Open the delivery link and confirm that it refers to the intended property. 2. Sign in if that delivery experience requires customer access. 3. Review the available media and file options. 4. Follow the download controls shown for the assets you need. Check the downloaded file before sending it to another service or using it in a campaign. Some media types may be presented as links rather than downloadable files. If Files Are Locked or Missing Download access can depend on payment status and the permissions configured by the media provider. Check any message shown on the page. Do not make another payment solely to troubleshoot a download without confirming the existing invoice or payment record. Ask your media provider to review the listing, customer association, delivery readiness, and permissions. For a technical issue, include the listing reference, file name, delivery URL, and the message shown. You do not need to send passwords or full card details. Troubleshoot Sign-In and Missing Access

A sign-in problem can involve the wrong email address, an expired session, a different workspace, or a customer link that requires its own access. Check These First 1. Confirm the website address is the one supplied by RE Media Hub or your media provider. 2. Confirm you are signing in with the intended email address and account. 3. Use the sign-in or recovery options shown on that page. Enter new credentials yourself and do not send them through chat. 4. If you can sign in but cannot see the expected section, ask the workspace owner to check your role and the relevant customer or workspace association. Workspace vs. Customer Portal The workspace is used by the media business and its internal team. The customer portal and delivery links provide customer-facing access. Permission in one context does not automatically imply permission in every other context. Contact Support Include the page URL, account email, approximate time, and exact message shown. Explain whether the problem occurs before sign-in, after sign-in, or only when opening a particular listing or order. Never send your password, one-time authentication code, recovery code, full card number, or card security code. If you share a screenshot, remove unrelated customer information first.
