Where to Start
Open Order Forms after signing in to your workspace. Your role and workspace configuration determine the options you can use.
Recommended Workflow
- Open Order Forms and select the form you want to configure.
- Review its branding, available services, and intake fields alongside your booking rules.
- Review the customer-facing form from the first step through the information and options it presents.
- Use the form’s actual public link when sharing it. If embedding the form, check the embedded presentation on the destination website as well as the standalone form.
If Something Does Not Look Right
Different forms can have different saved settings. If a header, service, field, or step is unexpected, identify the exact form and whether the issue occurs on the standalone link or in an embed. Do not replace saved customizations as a troubleshooting shortcut.
