Recommended Workflow
- Open Listings and confirm the property and related customer or order.
- Review the images, videos, 3D links, floor plans, and other files associated with the listing.
- Check the intended assets and listing information before publishing or delivering them.
- Review the property website or download experience you will share with the customer.
If Something Does Not Look Right
Check the affected asset and its listing before deleting or replacing files. If a file is missing or a link fails, include the listing reference, file name, and whether the issue occurs in the workspace or the customer-facing delivery experience.
