Start Here: Your First Workspace

RE Media Hub connects booking, scheduling, order management, listing media, and delivery. Start with your business settings, then configure the services and booking experience your customers will use. Before You Begin Sign in to your workspace. Use an account with permission to manage the settings you need. Available sections depend on your role and workspace configuration; an absent menu item does not necessarily indicate an error. Set Up in This Order 1. Review Account Settings and Workspace Settings. Check business identity, branding, business hours, and the policies your business intends to use. 2. Open Products to organize main services, add-ons, and packages. Review pricing, taxes, travel fees, and coupons where applicable. 3. Open Availability to review coverage, booking rules, and scheduling constraints. Coordinate team access and assignments in Team Management. 4. Configure Order Fields for the information your team needs at booking, then build and review an Order Form. 5. Review notification templates and the integrations you intend to use. A saved setting alone does not prove that an external provider is connected. 6. Review the published booking experience and delivery permissions before sharing links with customers. Your Daily Workflow Use Orders for the service request and its operational details. Use Calendar for scheduling, Listings for property media, and the appropriate delivery surface for the customer handoff. Dashboard provides an overview; it is not a substitute for checking the underlying record. If a setting is unavailable, ask your workspace owner to review your access. Contact support with the page and task you were trying to complete. Related Guides - Understand Team Roles and Access - Contact RE Media Hub Support

Configure Account and Workspace Settings

Account Settings brings personal and company settings together. Workspace Settings contains defaults used across workspace experiences. Review both before launching a new booking or delivery workflow. Personal Settings Open Account Settings to review the profile, password, address, and daypart preferences available to your account. Keep your contact details current so your team can identify you correctly. Company Settings Company settings can include profile details, white-label configuration, legal documents, business hours, download permissions, and deposit settings. Access depends on your role. 1. Identify the business or workflow the setting applies to. 2. Review its existing saved value before making a change. 3. Make the intended update and use the page’s save control. 4. Reopen the relevant customer or team experience to confirm the result. Check the Customer Experience A workspace default and a saved customization on a specific form or portal can serve different purposes. Review the actual form, portal, or delivery link you will share rather than assuming one setting changes every surface. For policies, acknowledgements, payment collection, or file access, use the options that match your business requirements. This guide explains where settings live; it does not establish legal, payment, or refund terms for your business. If a saved change does not appear, note the affected page and whether you are viewing a workspace page, customer portal, or public form when contacting support. Understand Team Roles and Access

RE Media Hub provides different workspaces and controls for different responsibilities. Your navigation and available actions depend on your assigned role and workspace configuration. Internal Team Access Team Management includes member invitations and role updates. Workspace owners should assign access appropriate to each person’s responsibilities and review it when a team member changes duties. Role-focused experiences include: - Photographer: operational work such as orders, scheduling, and listings. - Editor: post-production work centered on listings and orders. - Accounting: financial views such as billing and reports. These descriptions are a guide to the role-focused experience, not a guarantee that every action is available to every member. Customer Access Is Separate Customers use the customer portal and delivery links configured by their media provider. Customer Teams groups customer accounts; it is separate from the internal staff managed in Team Management. If You Cannot Find a Feature 1. Confirm you signed in with the intended account. 2. Check that you are in the intended workspace or customer portal. 3. Ask the workspace owner to review your role and the relevant configuration. 4. If access still appears incorrect, send support the page URL and action you need to perform. Never share your password to obtain access. Support can investigate the account and workflow without needing your password or authentication codes. Related Guides - Start Here: Your First Workspace - Contact RE Media Hub Support

Manage Your Internal Team

Review staff membership, roles, and operational access. Where to Start Open Team Management after signing in to your workspace. Your role and workspace configuration determine the options you can use. Recommended Workflow 1. Open Team Management and review the Members section. 2. Confirm each person’s email address and intended responsibilities before inviting them or changing their role. 3. Review scheduling and assignment responsibilities alongside the member’s permissions. 4. Use the Payroll section for the payroll workflows available to your business; keep financial actions separate from a role change. If Something Does Not Look Right An invitation, role assignment, and completed sign-in are different steps. If a member cannot access the intended area, verify the account and role before sending another invitation. If you need assistance, use the Support page and include the page URL, expected result, and relevant record reference.
