Organize Media on a Listing
Keep property assets and delivery context together. Where to Start Open Listings after signing in to your workspace. Your role and workspace configuration determine the options you can use. Recommended Workflow 1. Open Listings and confirm the property and related customer or order. 2. Review the images, videos, 3D links, floor plans, and other files associated with the listing. 3. Check the intended assets and listing information before publishing or delivering them. 4. Review the property website or download experience you will share with the customer. If Something Does Not Look Right Check the affected asset and its listing before deleting or replacing files. If a file is missing or a link fails, include the listing reference, file name, and whether the issue occurs in the workspace or the customer-facing delivery experience. If you need assistance, use the Support page and include the page URL, expected result, and relevant record reference. Related Guides - Download Your Listing Files - Contact RE Media Hub Support
Prepare a Property Website
Build a customer-facing property presentation from listing information and media. Where to Start Open Property Websites after signing in to your workspace. Your role and workspace configuration determine the options you can use. Recommended Workflow 1. Open Property Websites and select the property presentation you want to manage. 2. Review the property information and the media intended for the public page. 3. Check branding and presentation before publishing or sharing the website. 4. Open the actual published link on desktop and phone to confirm the media and layout are suitable for the intended audience. If Something Does Not Look Right A property website and a download center serve different purposes. Use the published website for presentation and the intended delivery link for file retrieval. Share the actual published URL rather than a workspace editor URL. If you need assistance, use the Support page and include the page URL, expected result, and relevant record reference. Configure Customer Portal Access
Review branding, user access, and customer self-service options. Where to Start Open Customer Portal after signing in to your workspace. Your role and workspace configuration determine the options you can use. Recommended Workflow 1. Open Customer Portal and review the portal URL and branding configuration. 2. Check the intended customer users and their access. 3. Review supported billing-contact, notification, saved-payment-method, and order-creation settings for your workflow. 4. Share the actual portal link provided by the workspace and confirm the intended customer can sign in. If Something Does Not Look Right An internal workspace account and a customer portal account can have different access. If a customer cannot find an order or listing, verify the portal, account email, and customer association before changing permissions. If you need assistance, use the Support page and include the page URL, expected result, and relevant record reference. Download Your Listing Files
Your media provider can deliver files through a listing download center or customer portal. Use the actual delivery link supplied for your listing; a workspace editing URL is not a customer download link. Find Your Files 1. Open the delivery link and confirm that it refers to the intended property. 2. Sign in if that delivery experience requires customer access. 3. Review the available media and file options. 4. Follow the download controls shown for the assets you need. Check the downloaded file before sending it to another service or using it in a campaign. Some media types may be presented as links rather than downloadable files. If Files Are Locked or Missing Download access can depend on payment status and the permissions configured by the media provider. Check any message shown on the page. Do not make another payment solely to troubleshoot a download without confirming the existing invoice or payment record. Ask your media provider to review the listing, customer association, delivery readiness, and permissions. For a technical issue, include the listing reference, file name, delivery URL, and the message shown. You do not need to send passwords or full card details. Work with Marketing Materials
Marketing Materials provides tools for preparing promotional content using listing information and media. The tools and designs available can depend on the workspace and the access enabled for your account. Before You Start Confirm that the listing information and media you plan to use are accurate and approved for your intended audience. Review names, property details, contact information, and images before sharing promotional material. Recommended Workflow 1. Open the Marketing Materials area available in your workspace or customer portal. 2. Select the relevant listing and the design or tool you intend to use. 3. Review the editable text, media, and branding in the design. 4. Use the preview and output options available in that tool, then check the result before sharing it. A preview is not a guarantee that every output is suitable for every printing or advertising use. Check the actual result, especially small text, property details, image cropping, and contact information. Follow your businessโs approval process before publication. If an option is unavailable, confirm your access and the listing context. For a technical issue, include the tool or design name and the step that failed. Avoid sending unapproved customer material in a public support request. Related Guides - Organize Media on a Listing - Download Your Listing Files - Contact RE Media Hub Support
