Where to Start
Open Dashboard after signing in to your workspace. Your role and workspace configuration determine the options you can use.
Recommended Workflow
- Open Dashboard at the start of your working day and review the activity and operational summaries available to your role.
- Use the relevant workspace section to investigate work that needs attention: Orders for requests, Calendar for appointments, or Listings for property media.
- Confirm the current status on the underlying record before acting on a summary or reporting a result to a customer.
If Something Does Not Look Right
If a summary looks unexpected, compare the same scope and record in its owning section. Include the affected metric and record reference when contacting support.
