Open Products → Pricing Plans: "Create reusable pricing, product visibility, and coupon rules you can attach to customers and teams."
Create a Plan
- Select + New Pricing Plan.
- Enter a Name, Status, and Description.
- Choose display options:
- Hide discount adjustments from customers: customers see the discounted final price without the original-price comparison.
- Hide increase adjustments from customers: customers see the increased final price without the original-price comparison.
- Attach Teams (existing customer teams) and Customers (their owner team carries the plan).
- Set Product Rules to override product and package pricing, and Fee Rules to override fees.
- Optionally choose a Coupon.
- Save.
The list shows each plan's coupon, product rules, fee rules, teams, and last update. Delete Plan removes a plan.
How Plans Apply
A team's Pricing Plan applies its overrides and coupon automatically to that team's orders.
Example
A "Preferred Brokerage" plan lowers listing photography by 10% and waives the drive-time fee. Attach it to every team under that brokerage.
Create Button Labels
+ Create Pricing Plan opens the plan editor; a compact header may show + New Pricing Plan. Cancel Edit leaves the editor without applying the current unsaved edits. Review the plan's saved rules and attached customers after saving.
