Current Membership

The Membership Snapshot shows Current Membership, Account Level, Billing Mode, Listing Capacity, and Team Capacity. Billing modes include a subscription membership and Pay To Go, where you pay per delivered listing using credits.

  • Change Membership: choose the account level that fits your volume. Plan changes apply to future platform charges. The dialog estimates monthly price from Yearly Listings. If you are already on the highest self-serve plan, contact support for a custom tier.
  • Cancellation Scheduled: if you cancel a monthly membership, it stays active until the date shown, then moves to Pay To Go billing. Continue Membership keeps it.

Payment Method

Plan Payment Method shows the current card. For security, only the card brand and last four digits are stored. Select Manage to update it in the secure card form. If a subscription needs activation, follow Activate Subscription.

Pay To Go Credits

On Pay To Go, one credit equals one delivery.

  • The panel shows Wallet balance, Top-Off Added, Debits Applied, Net Credits, and the latest top-off and debit. A Welcome Credit shows any credits included at signup.
  • Top Off Credits: choose Credits to Add, an optional Memo, review the Checkout Summary, and pay in secure checkout.
  • Open the ledger to review credits and debits by listing.
