The Migration Tool is a "one-click migration assistant for Aryeo and HD Photo Hub." Open Settings → Integrations → Data Migration → Migration Tool. It is available to workspace settings managers. Connections and runs apply only to your workspace.

"Move through one step at a time: connect API access, choose the data to review, then complete the dry run before import."

Step 1: Connect Your Source

  1. Under Choose Where Your Data Is Coming From, pick the Source Platform and select Continue.
  2. Enter your API key or credentials using How to Get Authentication Data. Save, then select Test Connection.
  3. Confirm the authorizations: Authorize Source Access, Confirm Data Permission (you own or may migrate the data), and Use Approved Access Only (no scraping or bypassing access controls).
  4. Select Continue to Data Selection.

Step 2: Choose Data to Review

Choose customers, customer teams, listings, orders, and products. Set how many customer records and recent listings to move. Large requests run in batches. Previously imported listings from this source are skipped.

For listings, Choose Media Sections (photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, and files). Only selected sections are reviewed, estimated, imported, and billed.

Listing media fee: a per-gigabyte fee applies only when listings are selected and source media is copied into storage. The page shows Estimated GB and Estimated Fee. Select Save & Continue.

Step 3: Review and Import

Confirm the scope, complete the required dry run, then approve the import when every check is ready. Stop Dry Run cancels a dry run in progress.

After Import

Recent Runs shows each run's created customers, teams, listings, orders, and products. Run Details lists failures. If actual imported media differs from the estimate, any remaining balance appears in Billing → Migration Import Balance.

Before You Migrate

Migration Wizard Controls

Import from Aryeo or HD Photo Hub opens the migration workflow. Change Source returns to source selection; credentials, choices, and run history are scoped to the selected provider. Edit Selection returns to the data-selection step before importing.

Review the Migration is the final review step. Check the saved data types, listing/media choices, record limits, dry-run results, required confirmations, and any fee. No Media Fee Selected means Listings are not selected for this run; it does not promise that a later run copying listing media is free. Refresh Runs reloads run status and history; it does not start a new import. Start a live import only after reviewing the dry run and the displayed import/payment action.
