"Publish listing videos directly to a connected YouTube channel." Open Settings → Integrations → YouTube, select Enable, then Connect your channel.
YouTube Uploads settings:
- Privacy: Private, Unlisted, or Public.
- Title Template and Description Template: click a variable, such as
{{property_display_name}}or{{property_website_url}}, to insert listing details. - Tags.
- Upload Rules: Upload Timing runs automatic uploads when a selected rule is met: Upload when listing is delivered, Upload when order is paid, or Upload when property details are ready. Video Choice is All visible videos, Prefer unbranded when available, or Prefer branded when available.
- Replacement and Cleanup: Upload new video on replacement, Delete old video after new upload, and Delete YouTube video when media is deleted. Leave the delete options off if you want to keep YouTube copies.
Select Save Settings. Queue Visible Videos, Requeue Visible Videos, and Fix Uploaded Metadata act on the current videos. On a listing video, you can also queue a single YouTube upload.
TikTok
"Prepare or auto-post listing videos to a connected TikTok account." Connect your account first.
TikTok Posts settings:
- Mode (who can see posts): Only me, Followers, or Friends.
- Video Format: Prefer vertical videos, Prefer horizontal videos, Prefer unbranded, or Prefer branded.
- Caption Template with variables, and Hashtags.
- Automation: Create after delivery and Create after payment prepare posts automatically.
- Interactions: "Set the default interaction controls for direct posts": Disable comments, Disable duet, and Disable stitch.
Use Prepare Visible Videos, Reprepare Visible Videos, and Post Ready. Post Queue and Recent TikTok Jobs show progress.
