The Library stores reusable galleries, such as a community's amenities or a building's common areas, that you can add to many listings. You need the Listing Media permission. Open it from Library in the menu (photographers and editors) or by searching "Library".

Create a Gallery

Select Create Gallery and fill in:

  • Name and Type (category).
  • Community Name and Community Aliases: names used for matching listings.
  • Address: for building or property matching.
  • Attach Mode: Linked or Snapshot.
  • Auto Attach Matching Address or Community: matching listings can receive the gallery automatically.

Open the gallery and use Add Images to upload photos.

Attach to Listings

  • From the gallery, select Attach to Listing, choose the Listing, a Section, and the Mode. Then select Attach Gallery (or Attach Selected (…) for specific photos).
  • From a listing, use Attach Library.
  • Run Auto Attach in Gallery Settings attaches to every matching listing now.

Linked uses the same Library photos and stays connected to the gallery. Snapshot copies the current photos to the listing, so later gallery edits do not change it.

Share a Gallery

Select Copy Link, or open Share Library. Anyone with the link can view the gallery. Shared links open a read-only view and do not expose editing tools.

Sell Access as an Unlock

  1. Create the unlock product. In Products, set a price and turn on Library Unlock Product.
  2. Attach the Library to the listing.
  3. Customers unlock. If the order did not include the unlock product, the gallery can appear locked with a checkout prompt in the customer's download page.

Library Settings

Use the settings button on the Library page:

  • Default Category and Custom Category.
  • Default Attach Mode: Linked or Snapshot.
  • Auto attach by default: new galleries start with address matching on.
  • Honor paid Library unlocks: when the same customer already paid for a Library unlock, later attached Library galleries open without another charge.

Finding and Sharing a Gallery

Find Galleries is the gallery search area. Enter your criteria and choose Search Galleries to narrow the library. Open a gallery to work with its images and settings.

Copy Link opens the sharing dialog. The read-only Share Link field contains the public gallery URL; use Copy Link inside the dialog or Open Shared View to preview it. Anyone with this link can view the gallery, so share it only with the intended audience. The shared view does not expose editing tools.

Delete Gallery is the gallery-level removal action. Review which gallery you opened before confirming. Use individual image controls when you intend to change just one image rather than the whole gallery.
