Payroll lets you "Manage team product pay rates and run payroll payout summaries manually." Open Team β†’ Payroll. Payroll records payout summaries. It does not send money to your team.

Activate Payroll

If Payroll is off, select Activate Payroll. ("Enable Payroll to set team rates and run payout snapshots.") Payroll is also listed in Integrations β†’ Operations.

Prepare Team Members

Only members with Include in Payroll turned on appear in payroll. Turn it on in each member's editor in Team.

Set Team Rates

Select Set Team Rates. For each payroll member and each product or package (including square-footage tiers), enter the payout.

  • Payout % with Apply % sets payouts as a percentage of price.
  • Sync Team Rates (Sync From…) copies all product and tier payout rates from one member to others. This updates the dialog. Select Save Payroll Rates to keep them.

You need at least one payroll-enabled member and one product or package.

Run Payroll

  1. Select Run Payroll.
  2. Choose a Quick Presets range: Since Last, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, or This Month. Or set Range Start and Range End.
  3. Choose team members and add Notes (Optional).
  4. Confirm.

Each run captures a snapshot of assigned work in that range. Travel fee payroll allocations and tips are included where they apply. Running payroll records the payout calculation; it does not transfer money to team members. Pay your team through your company’s payroll or payment process.

Payroll Settings

Use the settings button:

  • Dashboard payroll run reminder: shows admins and payroll managers when payroll is due again.
  • Email payroll run reminder: emails payroll admins when payroll is due.
  • Reminder Cadence: every 7, 14, or 30 days. Reminder Day: the weekday.
  • Default Run Range: the preset used when you open Run Payroll.

Select Save Payroll Settings.

Review and Export Runs

Recent Payroll Runs lists each Run ID, Range, Base Payout, Tips Included, Total Payout, Members, and Items. Filter by Team Member, then select View, CSV, or PDF.

Read-Only Access

Without payroll management access: "Read-only mode: you can review payroll data, but cannot change rates or run payroll."

Copying Existing Rates

In the rate-copy dialog, choose the source team member and select Sync Rates. This updates the current rate-editor values; it does not save them yet. Review the copied amounts and select Save Payroll Rates to persist them. Copying payroll rates does not pay the team member.
