Open Orders → Abandoned Checkout. It lists public order-form checkouts that were started but not submitted.
The Overview
Summary cards show Open Checkouts, Converted, Followed Up, Potential Value, and Appointments. Tabs separate open and converted checkouts.
Review a Checkout
Select a row to see the Customer, Property, Checkout (order form), Items, totals (subtotal, discount, and tip), and Notes.
- Convert to Order: creates an order from the saved details (available when the checkout has items). Afterward, Open Order opens it.
- Mark Followed Up (check icon): records that you contacted the customer.
- Mark Not Booking: records that the customer does not intend to book.
- Delete (trash icon): removes the checkout.
The action icons also appear on each row of the list.
Notification Settings
Use the settings button on the page to open Notification Settings:
- Customer reminder email: sends the abandoned checkout follow-up to customers who leave a checkout unfinished.
- Mark Abandoned After: how long a checkout must be inactive (in Hours or Days) before it appears here and any follow-up can send. It defaults to 2 hours.
- Dashboard notifications: shows abandoned checkout alerts on the Dashboard for administrators and team members.
The customer email uses the Abandoned Cart template, which includes a link to resume the checkout.
