Roomio lets you "Import Roomio floor plans automatically when orders are completed or edited." Open Settings → Integrations → Roomio.

Connect

  1. Create an API key in Roomio Developers (Roomio API Keys; requires a Roomio account sign-in).
  2. Save the API key in RE Media Hub and select Test Connection.
  3. In Roomio, create a webhook endpoint (Roomio Webhooks) using the Endpoint URL shown in RE Media Hub (use Copy URL).
  4. Subscribe to the events listed: floor_plan_order.completed, floor_plan.edited, and amendment.completed.
  5. Copy the webhook signing secret from Roomio (it begins with whsec_) into RE Media Hub and save.

Sync

Roomio's public developer overview describes API-key access and configurable webhooks (Roomio for Developers). For key or webhook access on your Roomio account, contact Roomio.

Completed or edited floor plans sync into matching listings automatically. Sync Recent Orders pulls recent orders on demand.

Import into a Listing

In the listing's floor plans section, select Import Roomio and choose the Roomio order. The linked order, or the closest address match, is selected automatically.
