Online card payments on order forms, invoices, and Charge a Card need a connected processor. Open Settings → Integrations → Payments.
Stripe
"Set up Stripe as an available payment processor for your business."
- Open Stripe and select Enable.
- Select Connect and complete Stripe's authorization with your business's Stripe account.
- Return to RE Media Hub and confirm the connection status.
Square
"Set up Square as an available payment processor for your business." Enable it and select Connect to authorize your Square account. Square asks you, as the seller, to approve the specific account permissions RE Media Hub requests (Square Developer: OAuth). You don't need to create your own Square developer application.
Choose Methods per Order Form
Each order form's Payment Methods setting decides which connected processors customers see. See Publish and Share an Order Form.
Payment Processing Fee
On the payment setup page, Payment Processing Fee controls "whether customers cover card processing costs during supported online payment flows."
- Pass processing fee to customer: customers see a separate fee line before they pay.
- Choose How the Fee Is Calculated:
- Use … default rate: follow the shared provider default rate.
- Override with a custom rate: for negotiated Stripe pricing. Enter Percent Rate (for example 2.90) and Fixed Fee (for example $0.30).
- Customer-Facing Fee Label: the name of the fee line.
Select Save Fee Settings. Final card network or wallet fees can still vary slightly, especially for special card types. Confirm that passing fees to customers is allowed where you do business.
Titus Pay at Close
"Offer Titus Pay at Close as an additional hosted checkout option." It is listed as Coming Soon and cannot be enabled yet.
Troubleshooting
- Customers don't see card payment. Check the processor is enabled and connected, and selected on the order form.
- A payment shows as failed. Review it in your processor's dashboard. RE Media Hub shows the processor's result.
