Open Settings → Integrations → CubiCasa: "Connect CubiCasa to sync floor plan media workflows."
Connect
- Sign in to CubiCasa.
- Open Company Settings, then Developers.
- Create or copy your API key.
- Paste it into RE Media Hub and select Save Credentials.
These steps come from the CubiCasa setup guide shown in RE Media Hub (Open CubiCasa Developers). CubiCasa explains that production API keys are created on the company developer page, and that staging and production keys are separate (CubiCasa Integrate API). Whether your account has API access depends on your CubiCasa agreement. Use a production key for live work.
Floor Plan Settings unlock after the API key is saved.
Import Preferences
Choose which 2D variants import by default. 3D floor plan images import automatically when CubiCasa finishes processing them.
- 2D JPGs + 3D floor plan: dimensional and clean 2D JPG variants, plus the 3D image.
- 2D dimensions + 3D floor plan: dimensional 2D only, plus the 3D image.
- Clean 2D + 3D floor plan: clean 2D only, plus the 3D image.
Select Save Import Settings.
Post-Delivery Upgrade
Let customers buy a 3D floor plan upgrade from the listing download page:
- Offer upgrade on delivered floor plans: customers pay online, then RE Media Hub submits the CubiCasa upgrade.
- Upgrade Button Label, Upgrade Fee, and Max 3D Scan Size.
- Add large property fee, with a Large Property Threshold and Large Property Fee, adds a second line item when CubiCasa reports a scan above the threshold.
Select Save Upgrade Settings.
Import into a Listing
In the listing's floor plans section, select Import CubiCasa. Choose the CubiCasa property or order. A suggested match is shown. Re-importing updates the listing when the selected property changes in CubiCasa. While processing, the listing shows "Waiting for CubiCasa to finish this floor plan."
